Q:  What should I consider when choosing a menu for my event?
A:  The number of attendees, time of day/week and demographic of your guests are the biggest factors to consider when selecting your menu. Some menu items are more adaptable for special dietary accommodations, if that is a concern. See below for more information on special diets.

Q:  I don’t know where to start. What do you suggest?
A:  Browse through our menus based on the category that best fits your event. Appetizers/snacks, breakfast, boxed lunches, bars & buffets (suitable for lunch or dinner events), upscale dinner or our seminar package - just click on the category. We also have sample wedding menus. Any of our menus can be used as a starting point for a customized menu. Then complete the form on this page to start a discussion with our catering team.

Q:  How much lead time is needed for my event? 
A:  At least four business days to give us time to place our food orders ahead of our distributor's delivery.

Q:  What is included with my catering order?
A:  Everything listed in the menu descriptions plus disposable eating utensils, serving utensils, plates and napkins. Heating equipment is also included; it requires a damage deposit, which will be refunded when the equipment is returned undamaged. Delivery, sales tax and administrative fee are additional.

Q: Do you provide servers for events?
A: Yes, Service staff may be hired for $40/hour for a 3-hour minimum. They must be scheduled 2 weeks in advance of your event. Their shifts start when the servers arrive and end 30 minutes after they leave.

Q: Why should I use CKC Good Food for my event rather than a food truck?

Q: Do you rent china, flatware and linens for galas and weddings?
A: Yes! We have beautiful placesettings and linens for up to 200 people. Ask us for details and pricing.

Q:  I have an all-day event. Can you cater everything I need?
A:  We certainly can. We offer a "seminar package," which includes breakfast, lunch, coffee, beverages and snacks for an all-day event. Want to add on dinner as well? No problem. Just tell us what you would like and what time you want your delivery, and we'll take care of the rest. Ask about our discount for multi-day events!

Q:  Can you accommodate any dietary restrictions/sensitivities my guests might have?
A:  Of course! Allergies and special diets are no problem. Some vegetarian and gluten-free options are referenced on our menus, and we can make substitutions or modifications to most other items. If you don't know what dietary restrictions guests may have, we recommend ordering a few meals that are both gluten free and vegan along with your regular menu items.
